RETURN POLICY

We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchases from Louli LoBue!  For Items marked FINAL SALE, we only accept returns for products damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item.    

If this happens, please notify us within 48 hours at info@LouliLoBue.com and follow the procedure outlined below for "damage returns".    If ART arrives damaged, scroll down for instructions from the artist.

Regular Returns

MIRRORS and ART are considered FINAL SALE by our vendors.

For items that are returnable, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your desire to make a return. 

Email us promptly : info@LouliLoBue.com and put RETURN in the subject line along with your name and Order Number. We will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to write on the box, and further instructions.  Returned merchandise must be in original, unused (and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original tags and Order Confirmation or Packing Slip.  

 If we are able to accept your return, please note:

  • Items must be packed in their original packaging and securely fastened with packing tape. Items not packaged property that are damaged in transit will not receive credit.

  • Once you get the RA#, send it back asap. We must receive it within 30 days of initial delivery to issue credit.

  • We are only able to issue a store credit, at this time there are no refunds from our vendors.

  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

  • We do not refund the original shipping charge, and return shipping charges are your responsibility.

  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10-25%.

cancel an order

Orders can only be cancelled before we send the order to our fulfillment center. If you need to cancel your order please do so within the first 2-5 hours of placing your order.  After our fulfillment center receives the order, its too late to cancel.  Please email Info@LouliLoBue.com and put CANCEL and your Order Number in the Subject Line. 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR WRONG ITEM RETURNS:

It happens extremely rarely, but If you receive the wrong product or one damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.     Email us within 48 hours at Info@LouliLoBue.com and put DAMAGE and your Order Number in the Subject Line.  

Be prepared with the following documents to help initiate a return:

  • Brief description of the damage

    1. Picture(s) clearly depicting the damage to the product

    2. Picture of the packaging (please send a picture even if the packaging is intact).

    3. Please use the original packaging and tape securely.

    4. Failure to do so will result in a denial of your claim or credit.

  • We will give you a Return Authorization number and the return address -- please send back so we receive it within 14 days.

  • We will arrange for replacement or store credit.

  • Packaging/Labeling: Clearly mark package and return document with RA#. All products being returned must be in original or equivalent packing. Lack of proper packing material resulting in damaged product during return transit will mean refusal of credit.

What is NOT considered Damaged: 

NOTE:  Most of our Artisan goods, handmade and one-of-a-kind items have imperfections as part of their character and are not considered 'damaged' if imperfections occur.  Products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Therefore, they are sold "as-is".   All printed textiles have irregularities in the printing. These irregularities are not considered defective as they are the nature of the product.  A defective product would be a pillow with a broken zippers or large stains, etc.  

RUG SAMPLE RETURNS:

Since rugs are really tedious and expensive for you to return, we highly recommend ordering a rug sample if you aren't sure before purchase! But seriously….We are absolutely sure you’ll love our rugs and won’t want to return them!

RUG samples are returnable and refundable, simply email us at info@LouliLoBue.com for a return authorization number.  Put RUG SAMPLE and your ORDER NUMBER in the Subject Line. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise noted.

  • 18" corner rug samples and 2’x3’ rugs ordered as samples may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a return authorization number to receive a refund.

  • Returns may be accepted after 30 days with a 15% restocking fee and store credit only.

  • All merchandise must be accompanied by a RA#.

  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call (985)860-3993 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CDT Monday through Saturday or email nadjah@artbynadjah.com to give us your order information.

Step 2 - Save original packaging!

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to nadjah@artbynadjah.com

Step 4 - We will contact you to discuss next steps.

Each Addison Weeks piece is hand made, so slight imperfections of the natural gemstones are normal and to be expected. But, we want you to be happy with your purchase!  If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may send it back within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange, less a 25% Restocking Fee.   Email us immediately for a Return Authorization Form and instructions : info@LouliLoBue.com and put RETURN in the subject line along with your name and Order Number.

All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.  If you received your item with FREE SHIPPING, the cost of the original delivery will be deducted from your refund.  If you are making an exchange, your new item will arrive with Free Shipping, but the cost of the original delivery will be deducted from your credit.

Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase for a refund to be issued.

Please allow up to 15 business days from the date your package is received by us for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday.
